Payment

For on-line orders, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure web site, which encrypts all submitted information.

If you wish to pay by check or money order, please call 800-328-6195 to place your order with a sales representative. Please understand that your order will be held until your payment is received.

If you are an existing customer and have established credit terms, please call your customer service to place your order.


Sales Tax

We charge sales tax on all items shipped to the states of Minnesota, Iowa, North Dakota, California, Indiana, and South Dakota. For all shoppers in Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota and Iowa we are required to collect sales tax. Freight is taxable for products shipped to Minnesota, North Dakota, and South Dakota. All products sold by Display Sales are taxable in the states mentioned above.

Tax-exempt organizations should call customer service to be set up as a tax-exempt on-line purchaser.


Invoicing
Your e-mail order confirmation serves as your invoice. If you need a copy of an actual invoice, please contact Customer Service. If you are an existing customer with credit terms, you will receive an invoice.

Currently, we use UPS as our standard shipping carrier. Orders will ship in 2 - 3 business days. Orders placed by 2:00 p.m. CST Monday through Friday requesting Next Day Air and Second Day Air shipping will be shipped the same business day. Next Day Air and Second Day Air orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or a Holiday will be shipped on the next business day. Some restrictions may apply. Contact customer service with any questions.

Orders for flag products over $50, excluding flagpoles, ship via UPS ground free. UPS Next Day Air and Second Day Air service is available at an additional cost. Saturday delivery is only available by contacting Customer Service to place your order.

Shipping address may not be a PO BOX number. UPS requires a street address. After you place your order, our confirmation number, the status of each item on the order, and the ship date will display. Some items ship by truck, if that is the case a representative from Display Sales will contact you to make the necessary arrangements.
